Vegan “Bacon” Ranch Pasta 

Super easy and filling dinner, serve with a salad or more fresh spinach on the side. 
Serves 4: 480cal per serving 
16 grams of protein 

Ingredients 
1 box of pasta of choice I used (veggie pasta)
1/4 cup vegan ranch (I used Just Ranch) 
4 slices tempeh bacon cooked and chopped 
1 12oz bag sweet peas 
3 cups fresh spinach wilted with warm pasta 

Directions 
1. Cook pasta, throw in peas when there’s 3 min left on the pasta. Drain and add back into pot. Crisp up the tempeh bacon.  Toss everything together,  serve warm or cold!
