Satisfying Healthy Smoothies
Smoothies can get boring and repetitive, but with these smoothies you will never get bored. Super easy and super healthy! They are easy to prep in the beginning of the week,and store them in the freezer. I used pint sized mason jars, and all you do is fill it up with your liquid of choice and blend. Use the mason jars you stored them in to drink out of. Tip: I always add chia seeds, hemp seeds, and flax seeds to my smoothies. It doesn’t add any flavor but LOTS of nutrition!
Cucumber lime cooler
1/4 large cucumber
6 pieces frozen pineapple
1 lime squeezed
1/2 banana
Coconut water
Chocolate caramel peanut
1Tbs cacao powder
2Tbs chunky peanut butter
3 pitted dates
1 banana
2 Tbs oats
Cashew milk milk
Green machine
Handful spinach
Half handful kale
1 kiwis peeled
1/2 lemon squeezed
Coconut water
Strawberry banana sunrise
4 strawberries
1 banana
2 peeled cutie oranges
3 tbs oats
Peach cobbler
6 peach slices
Squeezed 1/4 of a lemon
3Tbs oats
2 pitted dates
Half a banana
