Super Easy Seasoned Oven Fries

Easy and delicious, you will not be missing those fried fast food fries. Pair with veggie burgers, or eat on its own with your favorite dipping sauce!







Ingredients
4 medium sized potatoes (golden or russet)
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp paprika
1sp pepper
1tsp salt
2Tbs olive oil or oil of choice

Directions
1. Pre heat oven to 425 degrees. Wash potatoes, can peel (optional).  Cut potatoes into wedges or sticks and place cut potatoes in a large bowl. Soak potatoes in cold water for 15-20 min. Dry potatoes completely on paper towels or clean kitchen towel. Dry bowl and add potatoes back in. 
2. Combine oil, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to potatoes in bowl and toss. shake bowl until all wedges are coated with seasoning and oil.
3. Place wedges on baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30-40 minutes flipping fries half way through or until potatoes are soft in the middle and golden brown on the outside. (Can use rack on top of cooking sheet, this eliminates flipping half way through) wedges will be hot! Let them cool down, and enjoy!
