Sweet Sesame Baked Tofu with Thai Peanut Sauce

This dish is so delicious, the tofu is slightly crispy and sweet. The Thai peanut sauce pairs so well with this meal. I like to pair it with jasmine rice and a generous amount of broccoli.

Ingredients
Tofu
1 block super firm prepressed tofu or extra firm tofu (have to press at home)
1Tbs olive oil
1tsp agave syrup or maple syrup
2Tbs soy sauce
1tsp sesame seeds
1Tbs corn starch or arrowroot flour

Thai peanut sauce
1/4  cup creamy peanut butter
1Tbs rice vinegar
3Tbs soy sauce
2Tbs sriracha
2Tbs agave syrup or maple syrup
2tsp sesame oil
1tsp minced garlic
vegetable broth or water for thinning (I used about 1/4 cup of water)

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Cut pressed tofu into cubes and place in medium bowl. Add olive oil, agave syrup, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and  corn starch. Mix together and place on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 30 min or until  tofu is golden brown on the outside.
3. For the peanut sauce add in all the ingredients into a small bowl, whisk. Add in more water or vegetable broth until desired consistency.
4. Serve with jasmine or brown rice and seasoned broccoli. Top EVERYTHING with the peanut sauce, I promise you will want to. Enjoy!
