Mixed Berry Morning Chia Seed Pudding 

Super refreshing packed with vitamins, protein, fiber, antioxidants, and omega 3s. Perfect way to start your morning. Top with plain dairy free yogurt to really take it to the next level! I personally like to top it with a squeeze of lime and granola. Can serve up to 2. Or you can keep it all for yourself!

 

 


Ingredients 
2 cup cashew milk or water 
1 ripe banana 
1 cup frozen mixed berries 
1 tsp agave syrup 
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt 
1 cup chia seeds 
 
Directions
  1. In a blender combine cashew milk or water, banana, mixed berries, agave syrup, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth. 
  2. Add chia seeds into mixed berry mixture. Combine. Let  over in a container or mason jar. Sit in fridge for a few hours or overnight (recommended). Top with extra fruit, granola, or unsweetened yogurt and enjoy!
