Pina Colada Chia Seed Pudding

These tropical flavors will make your taste buds sing! Over night chia seed pudding is the perfect breakfast or desert.


Ingredients
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 pineapple juice
1/2 coconut milk (milk alternative)
1Tbs agave syrup or maple syrup
dash salt 
1/4 cup coconut shreds
1/4 cup pineapple chunks

Directions
1. Remove a half cup of pineapple juice from pineapple chunks.
2. In a mason jar or bowl with lid, add chia seeds, pineapple juice, coconut milk, agave syrup, and salt.
3. Add pineapple chunks and coconut shreds to chia seed mix. Cover and store in the fridge over night or at least 2 hours. Top with more coconut shreds and enjoy!
