Healthy Chewy Brownie Bites
The taste of brownie batter without the guilt. Indulge and feel good at the same time!
Ingredients
8 dates pits removed
3Tbs cocoa powder
3Tbs peanut butter powder
dash of salt
1/4 cup dairy free dark chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Combine everything except the chocolate chips in a food processor or blender until it forms into a sticky ball. If wanting to use chocolate chips add into date mixture and combine with hands or rubber spatula. Take tablespoon scoops and roll into balls. Chill in fridge in a container with a lid for later or enjoy now!
Chewy Granola Bites
If you like chewy honey granola bars you'll love these! Simple but oh so delicious!
Ingredients
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter powder
dash of salt
1tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup oats
Directions
In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, combine maple syrup, peanut butter powder, and salt. Bring to a boil, and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and immediately add in vanilla and oats. Mix until all combined. Wait until mixture cools for a few minutes and scoop a tablespoons worth of granola mixture and roll into balls. Chill in fridge with lid for later or enjoy now!
