Vegan Chocolate Chip cookies

Oh so chewy and gooey chocolate chip cookies. Served warm, and pairs perfect with a tall glass of cold vanilla almond milk. Great desert for any night! 


Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all purpose unbleached flour
1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup pure cane sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dairy free butter (can replace with nut butter) 
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce or 2 flax "eggs" (4tbs water 2tbs flax mill)
1tsp pure vanilla
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chip cookies

Directions
1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. set aside.
2. In a large bowl add cane sugar, brown sugar, butter, apple sauce or flax egg, and vanilla. Mix with a hand mixer until mixture is very light. Add flour mixture to sugar and butter mixture and mix until combined. Add chocolate chips and mix by hand.
3. Drop tablespoon sized cookie dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart from each other. Bake in the oven for 11 min. Let cookies cool and enjoy!
