Vegan Loaded Potato Pizza Recipe


With this recipe you will not be missing any meat or dairy, this pizza is great for movie night, weekday dinner, or even your next dinner party. Vegan and delicious!

Pizza Crust

  1 pack of instant rise yeast
  3/4 cup warm water
  1 tsp pure cane sugar
  2 cups all purpose (unbleached) flour
  1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

1. In a small bowl add warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 15 min until it becomes a creamy foam.
2. Mix 1 3/4 cup of flour and salt in large bowl whisk together with fork, add yeast mixture and mix until dough comes together.
3. Transfer to counter top and knead dough with remaining 1/4 cup of flour or until dough is smooth and not sticky. Roll dough into 12 inch circle and put on pizza pan or pizza stone.
4. Cook at 450 degrees for 7-8 min or until golden brown. Store in fridge wrapped in plastic wrap for later use.

Toppings

Baked potato rounds
Vegan ranch
Soy chorizo
Green onion
Tofu sour cream

Spread vegan ranch for pizza sauce, crumbled soy chorizo, and place baked potato rounds on crust. Top with chopped green onion and a dollop of tofu sour cream. Serve hot out of the oven and ENJOY!
